The Platform bears no responsibility for the content, completeness, or legality of these policies.

6. Subscription Packages and Seller Registrations
Thrakiko.com operates as an online marketplace platform where registered sellers can list and sell their products to customers.
In addition to free account options, we may offer paid packages or subscriptions (“Subscription Packages”) that provide increased visibility, higher listing limits, or promotional tools.
6.1 Payment of Subscription Fees
Subscription fees are paid in advance for the selected period (monthly, quarterly, or yearly).
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other digital payment systems listed on the platform.
After a successful payment, an electronic invoice is issued and sent to the seller’s registered email address.
6.2 Renewal and Cancellation
Subscription Packages can be renewed at any time.
Sellers may cancel their Subscription Packages at any time through their account settings.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods.
7. Refund Policy for Subscription Services
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, when digital services are fully provided and immediately accessible after purchase, the right of withdrawal (cancellation) does not apply.

If the service was not activated or there was a technical error preventing access, sellers may contact support at info@thrakiko.com for review and possible refund.
Thrakiko.com reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Note: Subscription fees are non-refundable once the service has begun or once the seller has gained access to any of the platform’s premium features.
8. Product Sales, Payments, and Returns
Thrakiko.com acts solely as an intermediary online marketplace between sellers and buyers.
Each seller is responsible for setting and communicating their own payment, shipping, and product return policies, in accordance with applicable Greek and European consumer protection laws.
Thrakiko.com:

Is not a contracting party to the sales agreement between buyer and seller;

Bears no responsibility for product quality, delivery, or returns;

Does not receive direct payments for products or services sold by sellers. Each seller receives payments through the method they have chosen.
However, the platform may, in good faith, mediate disputes between buyers and sellers.
